Fedex 2 Day and Fedex next day services to West Coast & Alaska & Hawaii will differ from above charges. Usually, it is $ 5.00 to $10.00 more than above prices.
Fedex considers Puerto Rico as an international destiny. Therefore, domestic Fedex shipping charges are not applicable. We can give you a quote upon request.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, please keep in mind that this option is for continental US destinations. Destinations that do not qualify are Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. The free shipping option time frame is for 4 to 6 days only. If you choose a shipping option quicker than that time frame, you will be charged appropriate shipping charges.
Orders placed after 4:30pm EST are not guaranteed to ship the same day.
Following shipping charges are added to your merchandise total. Georgia residents also add 7% sales tax. During business days, in stock items are shipped within 24 hours after you place an order. The orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Service. It usually delivers within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service. If you must have the item within next day,or second day or third day then the following shipping methods are also available for you. We will adjust the shipping charge to your merchandise order. Please remember shippings are made during business days not weekends. DUE to high volume during EASTER, THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS, please allow 2 -3 days for processing your orders prior to shipping.
Shipments for next day delivery made on Fridays would be delivered on Mondays not Saturdays. Saturdays deliveries are also available on certain areas by Fedex with an additional charge of about $ 10.00 added to next day delivery charges. If the item you ordered is in back order, then we will ship it within 7 days. Either way, you will be notified by e-mail to inform you the availability and delivery schedule of your order. Please include your e-mails when placing an order.
International Shipments
International orders will be billed actual shipping charges and do not qualify for free shipping. Upon request, we can inform you the actual shipping charges prior to ordering. After placing your order, you will be emailed with rate and transit times that you can choose from. You are not obligated to proceed if you do not wish to accept any of the charges. You will not be billed until you accept your preferred shipping method and rate. We usually ship via USPS which is the most economical way of shipping. To most destinations, it will deliver within 2 weeks. We also ship with FedEx and DHL.
RETURN POLICY:
Our policy is unconditional satisfaction of our customers with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with the merchandise you purchased, you can either return the merchandise for a refund or an exchange. Special orders and clearance items are final sales!! For praise wear group orders, we will gladly exchange the sizes should they not fit or if you decide you do not want it, we will refund your money (not including shipping charges) as long as the rest of the order is clean and in original condition. Orders that are returned for refunds that were shipped free of shipping charges, we will charge a 15% restocking fee. For exchanges, there is a reshipment fee of $8.00. If any additional items are added, your order will be charged new order shipping fees. All refunds are for merchandise only, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. International orders will be charged exact shipping charges on exchanges. Please return the merchandise via USPS with delivery confirmation, FedEx, or UPS where you can trace the returns. We are not responsible for any lost shipments.
